    Quality rather than quantity

    Even as early as the pruning stage, we only leave a few buds on the vince. During the summer "green harvest", we reduce the amount of fruit yet again so that all the energy from the soil and the sun is concentrated on the remaining grapes. Through this rigorous yield reduction process we are able to produce full-bodied, opulent wines.
